When applying for a mortgage your will have to present your latest pay check and your last year annual taxbill.

The property you want to finance will be valued by the bank and normally they will use this valuation as base for the mortgage, which ever amount is the lowest.

Normally the banks or financing institutions will lime the number of years for paying back the mortgage on basis of your age.
