Unique property in the countryside, just walking distance, 1,5 km, to the church square in the middle of the picturesque old town of Altea. 1,9 km to the beach. Forty minutes from Alicante Airport. The three nearest golf clubs are within a 14 and 20-minute drive.

Originally being a potato fabric, the property has been tastefully reformed into a charming home which also hosts a bed and breakfast place.

The main building has a large living room with a fireplace. Two set of double doors leading to a big terrasse. Partly separated from the living room and a few stairs up, you have a fine dining area.

The spacious master bedroom with its special decorated ceiling, has a wonderful view to the garden and the landscape. In the aisle is a bathroom with shower. Another large bedroom, has a bathroom en suite.   The separate kitchen has room for a dining table and access to a glazed terrace. From here you can enter a large utility and storage room.

Part of the main building is a separate apartment, consisting of a glazed terrace leading to a large bed- and living room with a spacious bathroom.

The main building is provided with windows of 16 mm, triple glass and a security door.

On a banquet above the main house is a rustical annex, which has a living room with American kitchen and a bedroom. Outside is garden with fruit trees and an irrigated area for vegetables.

The house by the pool was built in 1992. Here is a country style kitchen combined with a dining area and living room. Attached to the facilities is a bedroom.                                                                                                      The 63 square meter pool in front of the building is heated.

In the enormous garden you will find a beautiful arrangement with a variety of plants and bushes, a fishpond, a barbecue area and various benches and relaxing areas.

In the bottom of the plot a rustical staircase leads up to three banquets, each hosting a tent camping site provided with toilet and shower facilities. From here there is a panoramic view over the landscape to the mountains.
