Wij waren midden Juli aangekomen om mogelijk een appartement te kopen binnen de week. Vooraf hadden we afspraken gemaakt bij vijf verschillende makelaars, inclusief Lexington Realty (Alacant Estates).

Vooraf hadden we een aantal wensen naar verschillende makelaars doorgegeven en gevraagd ons verschillende woningen binnen ons budget te laten bezichtigen. 
Voor ons was belangrijk: punctualiteit, hoe profesioneel en bereid was de makelaar. Het was ons snel duidelijk dat met wat navraag naar referenties we begrepen dat de klanten van Lexington Realty zeer tevreden waren en zich daarom verschilde van de vier andere makelaars en zo ons vertrouwen won.


Er waren veel bezichtigingen met Lexington Realty, en zelfs toen we onze wenslijst een paar keer veranderde was de makelaar zeer begripvol en geduldig om onze wensen tegemoet te komen. Ook na vele uren rondtoeren gedurende een week, was er geen druk van hun kant om ons te doen kopen. Ook hun profesionele samenwerking met andere makelaars was duidelijk toen ze ons verschillende apartementen lieten bezichtigen die ze niet in hun portfolio hadden. Al onze vragen werden snel en vriendelijk beantwoord, en een maand later na de toezegging op de aankoop van ons apartement waren alle formaliteiten op tijd geregeld.

Ons huis hadden we te koop staan bij twee locale makelaars voor bijna 2 jaar. Zonder succes zelfs niet toen we de verkoop prijs verminderde. We kwamen bij Lexington Realty (Alacant Estates), Peter Thuesen terecht via een vriend die ons het adres en telefoon van hun doorstuurde. Vanaf het begin was Peter's proffesionele aanpak duidelijk. De comunicatie was zeer goed en de aanpak voor de marketing strategie werd ons steeds medegedeeld en er was steeds een opening voor discussie. 
Bijna excact 12 maanden later hebben we net de verkoop afgerond met hem....... We kunnen daarom, zonder aarzelen Peter aanraden aan iedereen die zijn eigendom op de Spaanse markt wil verkopen of bij het aanschaffen van een woning.

We have never felt any pressure and there was no requirement for a quick deal – though if you, like us, are interested it may go very fast. Peter’s market knowledge and his persistence to find the right property have meant that we have now bought the terraced house we dreamed of. In the middle of January we were in Santa Pola to see investigate the market and the purchase was completed already early March 2010.

Wij hadden de voorkeur met een makelaar samen te werken in plaats van in ons eentje op verkenning gaan,
We kregen verschillende offertes van eigendommen en deden heel wat bezichtingen met verschillende makelaars wat heel tijdrovend en frusterend was vooral ze ons eigendommen lieten zien die totaal niet aan onze wensen voldeden.
Het is enkel toen we in contact kwamen met Lexington Realty (Alacant Estates) dat onze wensen serieus werden genomen en zij lieten ons eigendommen zien van Torrevieja tot aan Gran Alacant waar we uiteindelijk ons droomhuis vonden.....
